Ruru has been recently registered as a company and has roots in Civix. This example is of a project that was carried out by current Civix employees, who will be involved in Ruru going forward.

TRC has engaged Civix to complete the topographic survey and infrastructure design for the proposed development in Point England for Resource Consent submission.

We are proud to be part of the project team currently finalising the masterplan in accordance with TRC’s requirements. This includes changes to the servicing constructed by LEAD where the new masterplan differs from the original and the servicing no longer suits the design.

Challenges on this project are the existing contours in the south-eastern corner of the site and the interaction with the 3 parcels of land not included in the development, the ‘missing teeth’.
